reRobe is a community wardrobe pilot at CIC Berlin. We only collect what we need to run the wardrobe, and we try to be plain about it. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your name, email, city, country, and your relationship to CIC Berlin.
- Items you submit, including the photos and descriptions you add.
- Your points history — what you've earned from contributions and spent on pieces you've taken.
How we use it
- To run the wardrobe and keep your account and balance in order.
- To let curators review and fairly value the items you contribute.
- To show accepted pieces in the catalogue so other members can find them.
Where it's stored
Your data lives server-side in Supabase, our database provider, and the photos you upload are held in a storage bucket. We keep this information for as long as you're part of the pilot.
Any private Psicomoda stories you share stay private. We never publish them or show them publicly without your explicit permission.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't hand it to advertisers. reRobe isn't a commercial product — it's a community project.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch with CIC Berlin and we'll sort it out.
This is an early pilot, so some details may change as we learn. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update this page.
